Social Skills Training

Social skills are a culturally constructed set of guidelines that we use to understand our interactions with others. As an adult, you are expected to adhere to certain social scripts and behaviors. Consider the social scripts of work: how are they different from the social scripts of online dating? Social Skills Training is the process of learning, practicing and reflecting on our social behavior.
